OVER 11,000 scientists from all across the globe have released a report saying that the world is facing a climate emergency. But the different countries have not taken enough action to combat the crisis. If world leaders keep on doing nothing, the Earth will face “untold suffering” on an unforeseen scale.
Scientists have analysed data from the past 40 years. They were collected and calculated using different methods. The data includes the amount of meat humans ate, the number of remaining trees, the amount of diesel used, etc. The report said it is undeniable the world is hotter now. Recent data from artificial satellites show that the past October was the hottest on record.
