過馬路禁玩手機 浙江新例最高罰50元

【兒童報訊】過馬路時玩手機即屬違法？浙江嘉興為了減少道路意外，立例禁止行人通過路口或橫過道路時，瀏覽手持電子設備及嬉鬧，違者處以警告或最高可被罰款五十元人民幣。條例同時還規範其他公眾場所的行為，包括禁止在醫院、圖書館等須保持安靜的公共場所喧譁。

各國應對「低頭族」方法
      現時世界各地都面臨低頭玩手機過馬路的問題。為提醒路人過馬路要注意安全，各國各出良策，例如以色列、南韓等地會於路口地上安裝LED交通燈，英國更在燈柱上加設軟墊，防止「低頭族」撞上燈柱而受傷。
