EXERCISES can relax you because they allow you to get more oxygen and stretch your arms and legs. When you exercise, your bodies give out a kind of hormone that makes you happy!
SOME people find eating makes them happy! Some like eating snacks or sweet food like chocolate, but remember not to eat too much though!
