抗議入境禁令 導演拒出席奧斯卡

剛於周一舉行的奧斯卡頒獎典禮是電影界盛事，不過憑《伊朗式遷居》獲得「最佳外語片」的伊朗導演阿斯加法哈迪卻選擇缺席，抗議美國的入境禁令，認為缺席能向被禁令針對的人民表示尊重。另外，《白頭盔》獲得「最佳紀錄短片獎」，有份參與製作的敍利亞攝影師哈提卜則被美國拒絕入境，未能出席典禮。當晚還有一段小插曲，頒獎嘉賓宣布「最佳電影」時，把《月亮喜歡藍》講錯成《星聲夢裏人》，不過後者仍然憑六項大獎成為最大贏家。

The Oscar awards ceremony, which was held on Monday, is a celebrated event in the film industry calendar. However, Iranian director Asghar Farhadi, who won the best foreign language film The Salesman, chose to not attend the ceremony to protest against the US immigration ban. He wanted his actions to show respect to those people affected by the ban. In a related incident, The White Helmets won best documentary short subject, but Syrian cinematographer Khaled Khatib could not attend the ceremony because the US refused him entry to the country. In addition, Moonlight won the Best Picture award but the presenters incorrectly announced La La Land as the winner. However, La La Land still won six awards and was the night’s biggest winner.
