日本福岡道路突塌 現15米深巨坑

日本天災頻繁，造就當地人的高度警覺性，他們在處理天災人禍時往往能及時反應，盡量把傷亡減至最低。日本福岡JR博多站早前因地鐵施工不當忽現巨型天坑，內深約15米的大洞阻截了數條鐵路的出入，並且不斷擴大，坑洞注滿了水。這次意外沒有任何傷亡，除因正值清晨，亦有指幸好當時正趕工挖掘的工人，在發現隧道內有水噴出後當機立斷，即時停工及報警，警方隨即在地面實施交通管制，未幾才下陷，避免了有關傷亡。

 A gigantic sinkhole appeared in front of the Hakata station in Japan, swallowing five sections of a road. The gaping hole continued to expand and was around 15 metres deep, filling with water from broken pipes. Fukuoka’s mayor and transport bureau said the ongoing extension to a nearby underground train line might be responsible for the gap. Construction had to stop early morning when workers saw groundwater washing into the site, shortly before the road began to cave in, according to local media. The immediate reaction of the workers lessened the effects of the incident and the local government demonstrated proper crisis management skills in this case.
