How much physical exercise do you do every day? One hour? Half an hour? Or almost none? Then you need to do more – much more!
The government of Finland (芬蘭 ) recently recommended that children under eight years old should have three hours of physical exercise a day. Yes, three hours! The Finnish government believes that exercise can make children healthier and happier. Not only that, their school grades will also improve. Are these not very good reasons to exercise more?
Teachers can help students reach this goal by, for instance, asking them to move desks and chairs. The students will love it as they do not like to sit for too long.
