MANY young people want to have a wonderful job that is also well paid. But what if it means that you are only making a living but are not living? That happened to Noelle Hancock, a young American (美國的) lady who graduated from the renowned Yale University (耶魯大學).
After graduating, she got what many people would regard as an ideal job. She was a journalist in New York (紐約), earning more than HK$60,000 per month. The problem was she did not have any time left for friends, family and leisure because the job used up almost all of her time and energy.
Noelle decided to change for the better. But her decision was not easy to make at all. She moved to an island in the Caribbean (加勒比海地區), doing jobs like selling ice cream and eventually becoming a bartender. Of course she earns much less than before, but she is much happier now!
