衞生署推手機程式 助選健康小食 2017.11.10

不少人喜歡吃小食, 但進食「三高」( 即高脂、高鹽、高糖) 小食, 會增加患心血管疾病的風險。有見及此, 衞生署推出手機應用程式「小食紅黃綠」, 幫助市民選擇較健康的小食。下載程式後,只要輸入小食的資料,程式便會按營養指引,自動辨別其健康程度, 並建議進食分量。程式更設有「有『營』小食資料庫」, 記錄過百款較健康小食的資料, 希望市民吃得健康。

Many people like snacks, but eating‘three-highs’ (high fat, high salt, high sugar) snacks will increase the risk of getting cardio-vascular diseases. Because of this, the Department of Health introduced an app called “Snack Check”. It helps Hongkongers choose healthier snacks. App users only need to enter the information on the snack, and the app willshow the health level of it and recommend how much of it should be eaten. The app even has a Database of Prepackaged snack, which has information on over 100 kinds of healthy snacks, so that Hongkongers can have a healthy diet.

選購小食貼士
為保障健康,市民應進食低糖、低鈉、低脂及高纖的小食,如無添加糖的提子乾、即食栗子、乾焗原味果仁等,盡量減少食用「三高」小食。
