EACH year in the United States (美國), there are many kinds of handwriting competitions to decide who writes the most beautiful letters and words. This year, one of the winners of the national penmanship prize is Anaya Ellick, a seven-year-old from the state of Virginia (維珍尼亞). That seems normal, except for one thing: she has no hands.
Though she was born without hands, Anaya has always been a very strong little girl. She learnt how to use forks and pens since she was very young. Now she can use her forearms to write perfect English. She does not use artificial hands to help her at all.
