IF you get a ticket from the police it is usually not a good thing. But in the town of Concord (康科德), in the US (美國), it might be a great thing if the police issue you a ticket!

In this town, the police department announced that it plans to issue up to 200 ‘citations’. If people behave well on the road, like wearing a seatbelt, or a bicycle helmet, and letting pedestrians cross first, a police officer might give them a ticket.

With such a ticket, the citizen can get two free scoops of ice cream from the cafe called ‘Reasons to be Cheerful’!
