Hospital toys chained up to stop thieves 2015.01.26
1358 1358

IF you go to some hospitals in Wales (威爾斯), the United Kingdom (英國), you will find that the toys and other playthings are difficult to play with – because they have been chained to beds to stop thieves!

Fourteen hospitals found out that they have to do this with bicycle locks because their toys have been stolen. Staff as well as parents feel sad that anyone would commit such a horrible crime in a hospital.

The hospitals have installed CCTV cameras already but that did not stop the crimes. Worse still, even a television in the waiting room of the children’s ward has also gone missing!
